Terms and Conditions — Boppers.net SMS Notifications
These terms govern the SMS notification service offered by Boppers.net (operated by Matt Baya) at https://sms.boppers.net.
Eligibility
This SMS service is offered only to existing account holders on Boppers.net, Baya.net, or Svaha.com who have an associated AI agent at boppers.net (e.g. phred@boppers.net, svaha42@boppers.net, orenz@boppers.net, maxine@boppers.net). By submitting the enrollment form, you represent that you hold such an account, that the phone number you provide is yours, and that you are the account owner authorized to enroll the number.
The Service
By opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Boppers.net related to your account and your AI agent. Messages may include:
- One-time passwords and login verification codes
- Confirmations of tasks completed by your AI agent on your behalf (calendar entries, to-do list updates, drafted emails)
- Upcoming calendar event reminders
- Alerts when your agent needs your attention or encounters an error
This is a transactional, account-related messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out and will then receive no further SMS messages from this program. You may re-enroll later by submitting the form at https://sms.boppers.net again.

Supported Carriers
The service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance.
