This privacy policy describes how Boppers.net (operated by Matt Baya) collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through https://sms.boppers.net.
Information We Collect
When you submit the SMS enrollment form, we collect: your name (optional), email address (optional), mobile phone number (optional), the state of the SMS consent checkbox, the date and time of submission, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We collect this information solely to enroll your account in SMS notifications from your associated AI agent at boppers.net and to maintain a record of consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use your phone number and consent record only to send the SMS notifications you opted in to receive: one-time passwords, task and calendar confirmations from your AI agent, calendar reminders, and account-related alerts. We use your name and email only to match your submission to your existing account on Boppers.net, Baya.net, or Svaha.com.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through this site will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. The only third party that receives your phone number is Twilio, Inc., which we use as our SMS delivery provider; Twilio receives the number solely to transmit the messages we send and is bound by its own terms and privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain consent records for as long as your SMS notifications remain active, plus a minimum of two years after opt-out, in case of audit or dispute. You may request deletion of your record at any time by emailing matt@baya.net, except where retention is required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations.
Your Rights
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may request the data we hold about you, or request its deletion (subject to the retention exception above), by emailing matt@baya.net.
Security
Submissions are stored on a server administered by Matt Baya and Harry Baya. Access is restricted to those administrators. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing platforms on this site.
